KFM Diversified Infrastructure and Logistics Fund - Product Disclosure Statement

Permanent Investment Management Limited (PIML) is the responsible entity of the KFM Diversified Infrastructure and Logistics Fund (Fund) and issuer of the Product Disclosure Statement dated 24 November 2006 (PDS). PIML has appointed Kaplan Funds Management Pty Limited (Kaplan) to be the manager of the Fund.

Lodgement date

The PDS was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) on 24 November 2006.

Application for Units in the Fund

Invitations to apply for Units in the Fund are made in the PDS. Units to which the PDS relates will only be issued following receipt of a completed application form attached to the PDS.

That application form can only be accessed in one of two ways:

• by downloading the PDS from this internet site; or
• by paper copy sent to your address.
